Singer Nokul Kumar’s two co-artistes killed in Faridpur road crash

Two co-artistes of singer Nokul Kumar Biswas have been killed and three others injured in a road accident on the Dhaka-Khulna highway in Brahmanpara area of Bhanga upazila in Faridpur. The deceased are Wahid Uddin Sujat, 38, and Mosharraf Hossain, 37. The accident took place on Friday around 9:45am when a Dhaka- bound microbus carrying them crashed into the central reservation due to dense fog, leaving two co-artistes of Nokul Kumar dead on the spot, said Md Ejajul Islam, officer-in-charge of Faridpur Highway police station. On information, police rushed in and recovered the two bodies. The injured were taken to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.
