The government has terminated three probationary assistant commissioners (ACs), who were exhausting their probation period after appointment in the 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (administration) cadre, an official notification said.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard here on Wednesday.
According to the notification, the terminated BCS probationary ACs are Kazi Arifur Rahman of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Faridpur, Anup Kumar Biswas of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Bogra and Nabmita Sarkar of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Pirojpur.
The notification said their termination orders were issued with the approval of the appropriate authority under Rule 6(2)(A) of the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Recruitment Rules Act, 1981.
It said that if any financial dues remain pending during the tenure of their service period, they can be realized through the Public Demand Recovery Act of 1913.
The order issued for the people’s interest will come into effect immediately.
