Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left Toronto for Dhaka completing her four-day official visit to Canada to attend the Outreach Leaders Program under the summit of the Group of Seven (G7) countries with advanced economies in the world.
An Emirates flight carrying Hasina and her entourage took off from Toronto Pearson International Airport at 3pm local time on Wednesday.
On her way back to Dhaka, the prime minister will make a five-hour stopover in Dubai.
The flight is scheduled to reach Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 11:20pm on Tuesday.
Apart from joining the G7 outreach session, Hasina had a meeting with her Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau and attended a reception organized by the Canadian expatriate Bangladeshis.
Trudeau had invited 12 world leaders, including Hasina, to take part in the special outreach session of the summit.
The G7 consists of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
