Jatiya Party (JaPa) Secretary General Moshiur Rahman Ranga and candidate of the grand alliance for the Rangpur 1 constituency has said the Awami League -led grand alliance has accomplished major development goals in last five years.
He said this, on Wednesday, during his speeches at street rallies in different areas of the Gangachara upazila.
Ranga, also the state minister for Rural Development and Co-operatives under the Ministry of Local Government has stated that many projects are underway to prevent Teesta River erosion. He also called on his supporters to vote as it will enable him to see these projects through to the end.
He also remarked that he was state minister for five years during which he had undertaken various projects for the prosperity of the upazila and he would do the same if he is elected this time.
The 11th general election will take place on December 30.
