Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited has said gas supply will be stopped for 12 hours in some areas of Dhaka on Saturday.
According to a notice from Titas Gas, there will be a 12-hour gas supply interruption from 10am to 10pm in Uttar Khan, Dakshinkhan and Uttara sectors 6 and 8.
This interruption is necessary for pipeline relocation work at the Sonargaon-Janapath level crossing area, Titas said.
At the same time, gas pressure may be low in Uttara sectors 2 and 4.
Titas said it sincerely apologizes to its customers for the temporary inconvenience.
