The Dhaka University authorities have suspended a student named Md Nazmul Alam, a fourth-year student of the Social Welfare department on charges of misbehaving with a female student of a private university in the university's TSC area.
"The student has been suspended from the university for misbehaving with a student of a private university at TSC on November 1, 2022, and violating the university's discipline," said a DU press release on Saturday.
Nazmul has also been served a show cause notice asking to submit the reason why he should not be expelled from the university for his act within seven working days, the release added.
