The driver of the bus that hit the staff bus of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC) on Dhaka-Aricha Highway in Savar's Boliarpur on Sunday killing four people has also died.
With the death of the driver, Maruf Hossain Munna, the death toll from the accident stood at five, police said.
The accident took place around 9am on Sunday as a Dhaka-bound bus lost control and collided with a staff bus of BAEC coming from the opposite direction, leaving its driver dead on the spot and injuring 20 people.

They were rushed to Enam Medical College and Hospital in Savar where doctors declared three people dead.
Soon after the accident, locals rescued bus driver Munna and admitted him to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College in Dhaka where he died on Sunday night. Police handed over the body to the family.
