Kader Siddique hospitalized

Krishak Sramik Janata League President Kader Siddique has been admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in Dhaka after he felt pain in his gallbladder.

He is currently under the supervision of Professor Saif Uddin Ahmed and is waiting for the removal of stones at his gallbladder, party’s Joint Secretary Iqbal Siddique told reporters on Wednesday.

Kader Siddique felt pain in the gallbladder and was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night, he added.

The stones were detected in his body last year but doctors could not remove the stones as he was diagnosed with Covid-19 at the same time.

A number of political leaders including Kader Siddique’s elder brother Latif Siddique visited him at the hospital, Iqbal Siddique added.
