Police have rescued an employee of Jaaz Multimedia from Munshiganj on Tuesday night.
Monirul Islam, joint commissioner of Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), has made the disclosure at a press briefing in the capital on Wednesday afternoon.
Abu Bakar, an accountant of Jaaz Multimedia owned by Film producer Shish Monwar, was abducted on April 26 on his way to office at Moghbazar from Mirpur.
Later, his wife filed a general diary with Ramna police station.
