Miscreants have abducted a bank official and two other persons from Edgah road in Ramu of Cox's Bazar on Monday night.
Of the abducted persons, two were identified by police as Jitendra Nath, cashier of Krishi Bank's Baishari branch in Naikkhangchari, and Salim Uddin.
Ramu police station Officer-in-Charge Saikul Ahmad said police were conducting drives to rescue the abducted persons.
