A Dhaka court has fixed June 29 for submitting the investigation report in the Sagar-Runi murder case.
Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Erfanullah set the date on Sunday afternoon.
The probe report was scheduled to be submitted on Saturday.
Journalist couple Sagar Sarowar and Meherun Runi were found dead at their rented house in the capital’s West Rajabazar on February 11, 2012.
Following the murder, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar police started an investigation of a case filed over the incident.
Later the case was shifted to the DB, however the High Court, in an order, shifted the case to RAB for investigation as the former had expressed its inability to resolve the case.
