Two persons have been shot dead by miscreants in Badalcourt Bazar and Dashgharia areas at Chatkhil upazila early Tuesday.
Of the deceased, one was identified as Dulal, 25, staff of a passenger bus.
Chatkhil police station Officer-in-Charge Aminul Islam confirmed the Dhaka Tribune about the deaths.
Two musked miscreants shot Dulal in Badalcourt area around 5am leaving him dead on the spot. Later, the miscreants shot a rickshaw- van puller in Dashgharia area and fled the scene.
The van puller was rushed to upazila health complex where duty doctor declared him dead.
