The High Court has ordered Annisul Huq, chairman of the board of directors of Desh Energy Ltd, and his son Nabhidul Huq to buy the 20% share of the company.
A HC bench of Md Rezaul Hassan on Monday gave the order on a petition filed by Nuher Latif Khan and his sister Saba Khan who own 20% share of Desh Energy Ltd.
Presently, Annisul Huq and his son Nabhidul Huq own 80% share of the company.
On April 15, 2013, Nuher Latif Khan and Saba Khan had filed a petition under the Companies Act 1994 with the High Court.
In the petition, they claimed that Annisul Huq and Nabhidul Huq were running the company without any consultancy with them.
On April 15, 2013, the High Court issued a notice against Annisul and Nabhidul.
