Home Ministry has sent a copy of the high court direction to Inspector General of Police(IGP) on arrests of three RAB officials allegedly involved in Narayanganj killing.
Shaowkat Mustafa, additional Secretary for law and planing of home ministry endorsed the information to the Dhaka Tribune on Monday.
He said: “ The ministry has sent a copy of high court directive to the ministry for a rapid initiative of law enforcing agency in this regard.”
Earlier, the Home Ministry has ordered the authority concerned to arrest the three RAB officials, who were sent to retirement for their alleged involvement with the Narayanganj seven-murder incident.
After getting the copy of the HC order, the ministry issued the order on Monday afternoon.
