The government will take steps according to the High Court order that directed to arrest three RAB officials.
State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal told reporters at his office on Sunday afternoon.
He said: “After getting the High Court order in hand, we will take necessary legal steps.”
However, he expressed doubt about how much logical it was to file a writ with the High Court when the three RAB officials had been under surveillance.
Earlier on Sunday afternoon a High Court bench directed the government to arrest the three RAB officials, who were withdrawn from the services on allegation of their involvement in seven abductions and killings in Narayanganj.
On April 27, Narayanganj panel mayor Nazrul Islam and senior lawyer Chandan Sarker were abducted along with five others.
Later, their bodies had been recovered from Shitalakshya river on April 30.
