A fire has broken out at a factory of Jamuna Industrial Group in Kaliakoir upazila's Shafipur on Wednesday night.
Witnesses said the fire originated at the cotton godown of Islam Printing and Packaging Industries Limited around 8pm.
Station Officer of Kaliakoir Fire Service and Civil Defence Opurbo said six units of firefighters have been working to douse the blaze.
