Students at Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College in Bogra have withdrawn their strike.
The announcement came after a meeting with the principal of the college on Monday morning.
The strike was called from Saturday for an indefinite period following an incident of theft in one of the female halls.
Later the intern doctors also extended their solidarity with the strike.
