Four workers were sustained burn injuries as a fire broke out at a bakery factory of Thai Food Limited in Chandgaon area of the port city Saturday morning.
The injured workers are Shahadat Hossain Rubel, 24, Bimol Tripura,25, Mohammed Mobin, 18 and Rajib Dash,25.
Abdur Rawuf, officer-in-charge of Chandgaon police station said the fire was originated from the oven inside the factory at around 8am, leaving the four workers injured.
Pankaj Barua, sub-inspector of Chittagong Medical College Hospital police outpost said the injured were taken to the hospital by their fellow workers.
