Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad is set to leave Dhaka for Singapore on Wednesday afternoon for treatment.
Confirming the matter to Dhaka Tribune, Ershad’s private secretary Major (Rtd.) Khaled said: “Political advisor to Ershad Zia Uddin Bablu will accompany the Party chairman during the visit.”
Ershad is scheduled to return home on April 21.
