Safiqul Rahman has been appointed as the new Managing Director and CEO of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
The appointment was confirmed by the airline’s Board of Directors on Wednesday.
However, an official order yet to be issued regarding the appointment.
Safikur Rahman began his career with Biman Bangladesh Airlines in 1986 as a Trainee Commercial Officer.
Over the years, he has held several key positions including Director of Administration and Human Resources, Director of Procurement and Logistics Support, and Director of Marketing and Sales.
