All advance tickets for Eid journeys have been sold exclusively online, with Tuesday's tickets already sold out.
However, given the non-sighting of the moon, Bangladesh Railway has scheduled trains for Eid travel on Wednesday, with tickets for this day set to be available for purchase both online and over the counter.
Mohammad Masud Sarwar, station manager at Dhaka Railway Station, confirmed this information on Tuesday.
He said that tickets for Wednesday's trains will be available for purchase both online and at station counters, ensuring accessibility for all passengers.
The advance sale of railway tickets for Eid-ul-Fitr began on March 25 and concluded on March 31. Return ticket sales through the website and mobile app commenced on April 3 and will continue until April 10.
