Newly appointed State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Mohammad Ali Arafat has vowed to break the web of conspiracies against Bangladesh by rooting out rumours and false propaganda.
He said these to reporters after paying homage to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 in Dhaka on Friday morning.

Highlighting the need for a collective effort to break the web of conspiracies against Bangladesh, Arafat said: "We will find and uproot the sources of disinformation or false propaganda and rumours, one by one. Together, we will eradicate these at the root and bring the truth to the world."
