Rainfall in forecast across Bangladesh

Trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal to North Bay across southern part of Bangladesh.

Monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over North Bay.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 36.4 degree Celsius at Rajshahi while the minimum temperature today was recorded at 24.5 degree Celsius jointly at Rangamati and Kutubdia.

Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am on Friday was recorded by 230 millimetres (mm) at Tetulia.
