3 jute warehouses catch fire in Narayanganj

Three jute warehouses have caught fire in Shitalakkha area of Naryanganj district. The fire broke out at three warehouses of Kumudini Welfare Trust on Sunday morning, reports UNB. Deputy Assistant Director of Narayanganj Fire Service and Civil Defence Mamunur Rashid said four firefighting units from Narayanganj and Habiganj were working to douse the blaze. "It may take time to control the fire," he said, adding that it was not still clear what caused the fire. No casualty was reported in this connection, he added.
