Sholakia terror attack suspect put on 10-day remand

Chief Judicial Magistrate Abdus Salam Khan passed the order on Monday. Earlier in the day, Morshed Jahan, officer-in-charge of Kishoreganj Sadar police station and also the investigation officer of the case, produced Tanim before the court with a 10-day remand plea. Four people including two policemen, a woman and an alleged attacker were killed during the attack. Tanim, hailed from Monipurghat area of the town, was held for his suspect movement in the area. However, Tanim’s family claimed that he is facing mental problem after his mother died two years ago.
