The admission test for the Science Unit of seven colleges affiliated with Dhaka University (DU) for the academic session 2023-2024 was held on Friday.
Dhaka University (DU) Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof Dr Sitesh Chandra Bachar visited the admission test centre at Eden Mohila College.
The Dean of the Faculty of Science and coordinator of the admission test of the science unit, Prof Dr Md Abdus Samad, and the Dean of the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Zillur Rahman, were present.
Additionally, DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad and Treasurer Prof Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed visited the admission test centers separately.
It is to be noted that against the total 6,550 seats of the Science Unit in the seven government colleges, the number of applicants this year is 32,850.
