Bangladesh has earned US$ 124.73 billion by exporting readymade garments over the last six and half years, Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed said yesterday.
The country earned the money by exporting apparel items to 140 countries from January, 2009 to May, 2015, he told the parliament, replying to a question raised by treasury bench member Didarul Alam (Chittagong-4).
