Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan Saturday at 4pm as the Bangamata Asian Senior Women’s Central Zone International Volleyball Championship gets underway at Shaheed Sohrawardi Indoor Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
Meanwhile in the inaugural match of the day, Kyrgyzstan will lock horns with Maldives at 10am, which will be followed by the opening ceremony.
The tournament has been organized by Bangladesh Volleyball Federation.
Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury will be the chief guest during the opening ceremony.
