The eighth edition of the Walton National Carrom Championship, organized by Bangladesh Carrom Federation, got underway Thursday at the old building gymnasium of the National Sports Council.
The four-day competition will come to an end Sunday.
A total of 200 male and female players will take part in the doubles, singles and mixed doubles events.
BKSP, Dhaka University, Buet, Bangladesh Police, Walton, Eden College and different district sports associations, clubs and organizations will participate in the competition.
