Bangladesh bodybuilder Mahsudur Rahman Masud finished fifth in the 50+ age category at the World Natural Bodybuilding Championship in Los Angeles Saturday.
A total of 268 bodybuilders took part in the championship.
An elated Masud said, “I am feeling good. I represented Bangladesh in such a big competition, and finished fifth. The top four participants came from USA, Switzerland, UK and Korea. This is the best achievement of my career. Only those participants who built up their body naturally, without using medicine, took part. My target was to finish in the top six. I have been able to do that. Previously, I clinched the bronze medal in 2015 in Japan in the Masters category. Recently in August this year, I claimed silver in Singapore at the Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness International Championship.”
