Bangladesh women’s squad named for tour of NZ

Bangladesh Cricket Board Saturday announced a 17-member Bangladesh women's squad for the upcoming tour of New Zealand later this month, comprising three Twenty20 internationals and as many one-day internationals.

The Tigresses will leave Dhaka on November 24 for their first fixture of the International Cricket Council's Women's Future Tours Program.

Bangladesh will play a one-day practice match on November 28 and T20 warm-up two days later, both in Christchurch, before the first of three 20-over games against the hosts on December 2.

The second and third T20Is will be held in Dunedin and Queenstown on December 4 and 7 respectively.

The three ODIs are scheduled for December 11, 14 and 17 in Wellington, Napier and Hamilton.

Following their three-week stay, the tourists will take the flight back home a day after the conclusion of the ODI series.
