Ranjan Chowdhury and Shubhamita Banerjee's song “Mon Joray Kothay Kothay'' will be released on the occasion of this year’s Puja.
“Mon Joray Kothay Kothay” is the third duet by Shubhamita and Ranjan. Before this single, they released, “Bol To Tumi” and “Akash Tole Tumi Ami”. This romantic driven melody’s composition took nearly 5 months to complete.
The lyrics for the song were penned by renowned lyricist Liton Adhikari Rintu.
Ranjan Chowdhury, popularly known as Manash Chowdhury in Table Tennis arena as former 5-time national champion. He is also the son of renowned singer, composer and former Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra Artist, Probal Chowdhury.
A mix of eight popular instrumentalists have contributed to the music of the song. The entire recording and production process took place at Kolkata's Gan Bajna Studio, Studio S Communication, and in Chittagong, Chittagong, Bangladesh KEYA Digital Studio.
After recording the song, Shubhamita said, "I enjoyed the many melodies in this song. Like our previous two songs, I believe this one will also hold a place in the hearts of our listeners. I wish everyone a blissful Puja.”
