Dhallywood actor Pori Moni braved the biting cold on Wednesday morning as she went to BAF Shaheen College in Dhaka to promote her latest film, "Adventure of Sundarban", amid rumours of separation from husband Sariful Razz.
She shared a promotional video on her Facebook page where hundreds of young students were seen cheering with the actor.
Pori Moni said these young students are the main audience of the film, which is why she wanted to promote her film to the younger generation first.
“The main audience of 'Adventure of Sundarban', much love to you. See you in theatres on January 20.”
“Adventure of Sundarban” is directed by Abu Raihan Jewel. It is based on Muhammad Zafar Iqbal's novel “Ratuler Raat Ratuler Din”. The film received a government grant in the fiscal year 2018-19.
The film also features Siam Ahmed, Shahidul Alam Sachchu, Azad Abul Kalam, Monira Mithu, Kochi Khandakar and Ashish Khandakar, among others.
The movie will release in theatres on January 20.
Pori Moni has been going through a tought time for the past few days. Her relationship with actor Shariful Razz has been a big topic of discussion as both of them announced that it was not possible to stay with each other anymore.
Pori Moni even raised allegations of physical and mental abuse against Razz.
