When Omar Sani made an allegation against fellow actor Zayed Khan for trying to ruin his relationship with wife Moushumi, the “Keyamat Theke Keyamat” actress was quick to defend Zayed. The trio kept the social media abuzz for the past weeks with speculations about Sani and Moushumi’s 27-year marriage.
In a new audio message, Omar Sani reassured his fans and well-wishers on Monday, saying, “Your love and prayers have made it possible for Moushumi and I to work through our problems. My entire family, including my wife, children and daughter-in-law, are together again. We are doing great; we are happy.”
“Married couples fight and sometimes grow apart. It is just something that happens. Haven’t your parents ever fought? Did you never see your married neighbours fight? Moushumi and I are no different. What’s important is that we have resolved our problems.”
He further explained why Moushumi referred to him as “Bhai” in an audio message. “When she is angry with me, she calls me ‘Bhai.’ I also call her ‘Apni’ or ‘Madam’ during our arguments. I don’t understand why the media made a big thing out of it.”
He also urged netizens not to spread edited audio clips and rumours.

According to UNB, on June 10, at the wedding ceremony of actor Dipjol’s son at a convention centre in the capital Sani allegedly slapped Zayed accusing him of misbehaving with Moushumi earlier. After that, Zayed Khan took out a pistol and threatened to shoot him, said Sani.
However, both Dipjol and Zayed denied the incident.
Later Sani submitted a written complaint against Zayed over the incident.
