ACI Properties Limited and NRB Bank PLC have entered into a strategic partnership to make home financing more accessible and convenient for ACI Properties customers, including those looking to purchase residential properties or secure long-term accommodation.
The signing ceremony was held at the ACI Global Office in Dhaka.
Through the partnership, customers will have access to preferential financing facilities from NRB Bank, bringing together ACI Properties’ property services through Sereno Levande with the bank’s financing capabilities.
Under the agreement, eligible customers can access NRB Bank’s “My Home Loan” at an interest rate at least 1% lower than the bank’s prevailing home-loan rate, along with a 100% waiver on loan processing fees.
Complete applications will receive a credit decision within seven working days, while approved borrowers will receive a six-month grace period before regular instalment repayment begins, along with flexible repayment options.
The partnership also extends financing support to customers using ACI Properties’ long-stay accommodation services.
Eligible customers can access personal loans to cover costs such as advance payments, security deposits and facility charges for long-term serviced apartments and rental homes.
Tanvir Shahriar Rimon, director, ACI Properties Limited, said: “Our goal is to make the property journey simpler and more accessible. This partnership connects our customers with attractive financing solutions for both home ownership and long-term living.”
Tarek Reaz Khan, managing director & CEO, NRB Bank PLC, said: “This partnership with ACI Properties reflects our commitment to making property financing faster and seamless.
