For faster and seamless bKash payments, a new and unique “Integrated Terminal QR System” has been launched at the outlets of leading lifestyle brand Aarong.
Designed for large, multi-counter stores, the new system will significantly reduce customers’ waiting time and provide a smoother checkout experience without standing in long queues.
Through the integration of Instant Payment Notification (IPN) technology, each sales point at Aarong outlets can now process bKash payments made by scanning Bangla QR with greater speed and efficiency.
The new service was officially inaugurated recently at the Aarong outlet on Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road in the city.
Tanvir Hossain, chief business officer of Aarong; Nil Ratan Karmakar, head of finance and accounts; Liyaqat Husain, head of retail and customer experience of Aarong; Ali Ahmmed, chief commercial officer of bKash; Faisal Shaheed, EVP and head of merchant payments department; SM Khaled Bin Halim, vice president of merchant payments; Sirajul Mowla, general manager, merchant payments of bKash; and senior officials from both organizations were present on the occasion.
With this innovative solution, customers can avoid long queues and complete payments in less time.
The system’s unique identification feature also enables employees at each sales point to process bills quickly while ensuring the security of customer information.
