Dhaka Bank sings MoU with DSCC

Dhaka Bank PLC signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Monday to collect the Holding Tax and Trade License Fee of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) at Nagar Bhaban. 

Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, managing director and CEO, Dhaka Bank PLC and Md Mizanur Rahman, chief executive officer, DSCC, signed agreements on behalf of their respective organizations. 

AMM Moyen Uddin, deputy managing director, Dhaka Bank PLC, Sheikh Abdul Bakir, deputy managing director, Dhaka Bank PLC, Mosleh Saad Mahmud, head, Liability and Cash Management Unit, Dhaka Bank PLC, Bashirul Haque Bhuyan, secretary, DSCC, Md Moniruzzaman, chief revenue officer, DSCC, Md Abu Taiyeb Rokon, ICT chief, DSCC and other senior officials of both the organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.

With the collaboration, Dhaka Bank will integrate with DSCC to collect the fees and taxes from the branches and sub-branches of Dhaka Bank and by establishing five collection booths at Nagar Bhaban and in Zonal offices ofDSCC through API connectivity with DSCC servers at the first stage. 

In the later stage, Dhaka Bank will enable the citizens of DSCC to pay fees and taxes online on a real-time basis from anywhere through the Dhaka Bank Mobile App and Internet Banking.
