ABM Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of Union Bank Limited placed a floral wreath on the eve of the 48th martyrdom anniversary and National Mourning Day at the portrait of the great architect of independence the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on August 15 at the bank’s head office.
On the occasion, the bank distributed food to the different orphanages, helpless and poor people, tree planting, mourning gatherings and discussions on Bangabandhu’s life and work were organized.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed and divisional heads and executives of the head office were present at the program.
