Police have arrested 12 Islami Chatra Shibir activists with five crude bombs and huge anti-government publications from a house of the Great Wall City Residential Project at Naljani area under Gazipur City Corporation Friday.
Officer-in-Charge Khandaker Rezaul Hasan Reza of Joydevpur police station confirmed the Dhaka Tribune.
Shibir activists attended a secret meeting to plan subversive activities, OC said.
After secret information police raided the area around 4:45pm and arrested the Shibir men, he added.
