Nasim: Anti-liberation forces behind Nasirnagar attacks

Nasim said: “We think the anti-liberation force is behind the incident, they are perpetrating and instigating violence, in a bid to destroy communal harmony,” following a meeting with the leaders of the 14-party alliance. The presidium member also said that they were very worried about the situation during the meeting, saying: “We are very worried. The administration has been asked to take strict measures. All necessary actions will be taken so that incidents like this does not happen in the future.” The leaders of the alliance also demanded the removal of the administrative officials who failed to control the situation and letting it escalate. He also said that a delegation headed by Awami League presidium Abdur Razzak, Samyabadi Dal and  Dilip Barua will visit the spot on behalf of the alliance, today. They will talk to the victims and local administration regarding the incident. Workers’ Party President and Tourism Minister, Rashed Khan Menon, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal president and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu, were present at the meeting among others.
