Khaleda Zia: Government stalling BNP rally out of fear

Khaleda Zia said: “The ruling party is afraid of us. That is why they refuse to let us assemble. They are harassing and arresting our leaders and activists indiscriminately. “Awami League has to pay people to get them to attend Awami League events. But BNP supporters attend out of dedication,” she added. BNP sought permission from police to hold a rally on November 7 in Suhrawardy Udyan which has been denied by the police.
