Commission Minister Obaidul Quader has dubbed the recent remarks of Social Welfare Minister, Syed Mohsin Ali, on journalists as “disappointing and unfortunate.”
Mohsin Ali recently called the journalists “dirty chaps [Khabish],” which sparked huge criticism.
Quader made the remarks while talking to journalists after inaugurating a footover bridge on Nabinagar-Chandra Highway at Jirani Bus stand area in Ashuliya at 11am on Tuesday.
The minister said the minister Mohsin should not have delivered such remarks against media persons adding that no one should talk in such a humiliating way, even if someone has committed a crime or done wrong.
Regretting over social media remarks on the minister himelf, Obaidul said: “Some people alleged that I showoff or act, but I don't do that, I just observe the situation on the first hand.”
