A Dhaka court on Sunday has sent BNP leader Amanullah Aman to jail, rejecting his bail in connection with four cases filed with Keraniganj police station during opposition’s hartal and blockade last year.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Taibul Hassan passed the order when Aman surrendered before the court and sought bail in these cases.
He was charged with vandalism, crude bomb explosion and obstructing police in their duties.
Earlier, the High Court granted his bail in these cases but the bail expired on Saturday.
