The High Court granted a three-month bail to BNP leaders Moudud Ahmed, Rafiqul Islam Miah and MK Anwar in an explosives case that centres Hefazat's May 5 rally.
The bench of Justice Mohammad Ullah and Justice M Enayetur Rahim passed the order in response to a bail plea on Sunday afternoon.
The allegation in this particular Motijheel police case was regarding explosives in a Hefazat-e Islam rally on May 5, a lawyer of defense Ehsanur Rahman said.
BNP standing committee members Moudud, MK Anwar and Rafiqul Islam Mia were arrested on November 28 during the pre-polls agitation of the party.
