Blasts near aspirant MP's house in Bogra

Crude bombs were blasted near the residence of an independent candidate for the upcoming general elections in Bogra Sunday night. He claims to be a BNP supporter.

Sultan Mahmud, an aspirant for Bogra 3 constituency, told the Dhaka Tribune that six crude bombs were blasted in the morning and at night.

“Three were blasted around 10:30am while three more exploded around 8:45pm,” he said.

However, it was not clear as to who would commit the act.
