Environment and Forest Minister Hasan Mahmud is likely to submit his resignation to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today.
The minister said he will submit his resignation if he is able to meet the prime minister in the afternoon.
The minister made the disclosure while talking to a journalist at his office in the secretariat.
