Two crude bombs were hurled at the residence of Minister without portfolio Suranjit Sengupta in the city’s Zigatola area early on Friday.
Quamrul Haque, Suranjit’s personal assistant, told UNB that the crude bombs went off around 5:45am but no one was hurt., reports UNB.
Of the two bombs, one exploded inside the Sengupta flat while the other exploded near the wall of his building, Haque said.
