The National Citizen Party (NCP) will officially begin its activities by paying tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar and visiting the mass graves of those martyred during the July uprising.
The party's joint member secretary, Saleh Uddin Sifat, shared this information in a press statement on Monday.
On Tuesday, NCP leaders and activists will pay tribute at the National Memorial in Savar at 7am and then visit the graves of the martyrs of the July uprising at Rayar Bazar at 10am.
NCP Convener Md Nahid Islam and Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain will be present on the occasion.
The NCP officially launched on February 28 with a rally held on Manik Mia Avenue in the capital.
Various political party leaders, including from BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, and diplomats from various countries, were present at the launch.
