The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement will release the "Declaration of the July Revolution on Tuesday, Umama Fatema, spokesperson of the movement, said.
She said on Saturday: “The declaration will address why and how the July Revolution emerged during Sheikh Hasina's autocratic regime, why we shifted from a nine-point demand to a single-point demand, and the aspirations of the students and the masses during this time. The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement will provide a comprehensive outline of these issues through the declaration.”
Notably, discussions about this announcement have already started on social media, particularly on Facebook, among members and supporters of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and the Jatiya Nagorik Committee since Saturday evening.
