Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman has said that his party aims to build a corruption-free Bangladesh with honest and capable leadership, ensuring all citizens receive their rights.
He said: “Jamaat wants to establish justice in this country. We aim to build a corruption-free Bangladesh with honest and capable leadership, ensuring all citizens receive their rights.”
Shafiqur Rahman was addressing a meeting at Malibagh Crossroad in Narsingdi Sadar Upazila on Sunday at 11:30am.
He said: “From sanitation workers to the president, everyone should be able to live with security and dignity, regardless of political alliance. Even though Awami League has put illegal money in their leaders and workers pocket only, the fate of the common people has not changed yet.”
He further added: “Our vision is to transform Bangladesh into one of the most livable countries in the world. Unlike the fallen fascist government, we disapprove extortionists and oppressors, seeking a nation free from inequality and corruption, founded on honor, tolerance and humanity. We will work on empowering every young person to contribute as a worker, forming a brighter future for all.”
